Activate and install
Activate and have an eligible home service installed, subject to TELUS verification.
Receive the points
Once the criteria are met, the referrer and referred person can receive their points within two to three billing cycles under the current referral terms.

Conditions to know
- The referrer must have an eligible TELUS account in good standing and accept the TELUS Rewards and referral-program terms. Current terms include consumer and EPP/PEP accounts; TELUS makes the final decision on eligibility.
- The referred person must accept the terms and conditions for their TELUS Rewards account within 30 days of the referral to receive their points.
- The TELUS account screen offers link sharing by text, email or social media. The referral terms limit referrals to the referrer’s family and social network; self-referrals are not allowed. An existing TELUS customer may be referred if the service being added is not the product for which they were referred.
