Menu and sizes

Delivery, freshness and flexibility
Meals arrive fresh, never frozen, in an insulated box with ice packs. Refrigerate them when they arrive and follow the expiration date shown on the product; the FAQ says they can also be frozen if needed. WeCook delivers across Quebec and Ontario and in major metropolitan areas in the Maritimes and Western Canada, including Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. Check your postal code to confirm availability. You can update the subscription online, skip a week or unsubscribe from your account. The FAQ also says you can schedule orders up to 5 weeks ahead.
