The Speed Boost is added by December 15, 2026, under My benefizz in your Fizz account. Activate it within 30 days of receiving it: your Internet then moves up to the next speed for 30 days, and automatically returns to your regular plan afterwards.

This gift needs no code and is separate from the referral credit: LOXCY is still entered at the payment step.

Fizz Internet is available in Quebec, subject to availability at your address. Enter the full address to confirm eligibility and available speeds.

Service mainly runs through a coaxial outlet (cable network). Fizz also says it offers home Internet over fibre optic where available at the address; an optical module is then installed to connect the modem.

Do this before comparing prices: enter the full address, including the unit number. You can check the address of a primary residence, cottage or apartment, but Fizz says its services are not intended for business operations.

If the address does not appear, check the postal code and civic number, then use “I can’t find my address” or Fizz chat for an additional validation.

Equipment, installation and payment

Modem-router includedFizz says the Wi-Fi modem, rental and delivery are included. The Fizz Wi-Fi app manages the network and connected devices. Below 400 Mbps, Fizz lists a Wi-Fi 5 modem; a Wi-Fi 6 modem (CODA5610Q) comes with a new subscription of 400 Mbps or more, subject to inventory.
Self-installationWhen the address is eligible, the modem is mailed with instructions. Self-installation fees are included in the plan.

LOXCY and the referral bonus

For an Internet subscription, enter the referral code at the payment step, before submitting the order. Use LOXCY, check that the field accepts it, and then continue. A forgotten code cannot be added retroactively. If a subscription order is canceled before plan activation, the referral code cannot be applied to a new order.

First Fizz service only: each person can use a code once, when subscribing to their first Fizz service. If you activated mobile without a code, Fizz says the field may no longer appear for a later Home Internet subscription.

The bonus is not a guaranteed discount on the first payment. Fizz says both the invited member and the referrer must still have an active plan when the new member has completed two months of service.
