Where to enter the Fizz referral code

For a mobile plan, Fizz puts the code in the order summary, after you configure the plan and payment. Open Promo or referral code, enter LOXCY in Enter your code, press the + button, and verify the confirmation before completing the order.

Do not skip this: the code must be added during the first activation flow. Fizz says it cannot be applied retroactively after signup; the field may also disappear for a second Fizz service.

  1. Configure your mobile plan

    Enter your address and choose the data, coverage, texts, minutes and options you need.

  2. Reach payment and the order summary

    The order summary recaps the plan and charges. The code belongs in this flow, not in a general account-creation field.

  3. Expand Promo or referral code

    The panel may be closed at first in some views. Open it to reveal the code field.

  4. Enter LOXCY and apply it

    Enter the code, press +, and make sure Fizz shows acceptance or the credit detail before accepting the terms and submitting.

How the Fizz referral bonus works

Fizz presents the program as a bonus for the new member and the member who invited them. For Quebec, the official page checked currently displays $25 each. Fizz’s FAQ also says the amount depends on the province and the offer at activation, so check the confirmation for your address.

Amounts vary: do not automatically copy an offer advertised for another province. Outside Quebec, let Fizz display the applicable amount before you complete the order.

In the real September 20, 2026 test, a valid code displayed “Referral: -$25 applied to your 3rd payment.” That interface capture explains the observed flow, but the amount and display remain subject to Fizz’s current terms.

How to sign up for Fizz Mobile

The observed flow is fairly direct. Labels and prices can change, so use the screenshots as interface landmarks rather than a permanent rate card.

  1. Check your address

    Fizz asks for the address where you mainly live and checks whether mobile signup is available in your area.

  2. Choose an eSIM or physical SIM

    An eSIM is free and requires a compatible phone and Internet access. A physical SIM remains available if the device does not support eSIM.

  3. Create the account and verify your email

    The account asks for an email, first name, last name and password. Fizz then sends a magic code or a clickable verification link.

  4. Configure the plan

    Choose Quebec, Canada or Canada + US coverage, then set data, texts, minutes, voicemail and international calling.

  5. Choose a number or transfer yours

    You can receive a new number, search for a number, or transfer an active mobile number from your current provider.

  6. Pay, apply LOXCY and activate

    Add the code in the order summary, accept the terms, complete the order, and follow Fizz’s installation and activation instructions.

Fizz also says unused mobile data can roll over into the next two payment cycles, subject to plan rules and an active account. Prices observed in the flow — such as a 40 GB plan at $35 before tax — are dated observations, not a promise of today’s price.

Transfer your number to Fizz

If you keep your number, do not cancel the old service before the transfer is complete. Fizz says the current plan must remain active and the old SIM or eSIM must stay accessible so you can receive the authorization text.

What Fizz may ask for

  • the account number shown on your bill;
  • or the IMEI of the phone used with your old provider;
  • confirmation that you are the account holder.

The authorization text

Your current provider sends a text request. Reply YES by the stated deadline. Without that reply, the request may remain pending or be cancelled.

Fizz’s troubleshooting FAQ says a transfer generally takes 2 to 24 hours. The observed flow showed a “Transfer in progress” status for several hours, so do not plan to cancel the old line immediately.

Numbers that may not qualify: Fizz excludes some landline or VoIP numbers and numbers whose area code is outside its subscription area. Check eligibility directly in the flow.

eSIM: the mistake to avoid

Fizz recommends checking phone compatibility before ordering an eSIM. One method Fizz describes is dialing *#06#: if an EID appears, the device should be compatible.

Do not delete the eSIM while it is active or activating, including the old provider’s eSIM during a number transfer. If an error appears, first check the transfer status in your Fizz account and follow the official instructions.

A temporary SOS display, an activation-in-progress message or two lines on a Dual SIM phone does not automatically mean the flow failed. Check the Fizz line and contact support if the transfer exceeds the stated window or Fizz asks you to take another action.
